How we handle request data
We collect form details and attachments to respond to inquiries or maintenance requests and manage follow-up. Issue photos are stored privately and are not publicly displayed.

Contacts and request follow-up
Dana Systems records the contact details you provide, optional business and city details, and each inquiry, maintenance or callback request separately. Authorized staff use these records to assign, respond to and follow up requests, with notes and activity history. Staff may register a genuine WhatsApp conversation manually. Opening a WhatsApp link alone does not reveal a visitor’s number or create a contact.
Marketing permission
Service communication is separate from marketing. Optional marketing choices are unchecked and channel-specific where offered. We record the consent wording, version, date, source and withdrawal history. Submitting a request or opening WhatsApp is not marketing consent, and we do not assume permission from existing customers. You can withdraw through a withdrawal link provided by staff or by contacting us without affecting your request.
Your data requests and retention
To request correction, a copy or removal of your data, or withdraw marketing permission, use the phone or email published on the contact page. We verify identity before releasing data or removing it and review applicable retention requirements and legal obligations. Request attachments and internal notes are not public. This phase has no automatic retention period; retention periods and legal details require owner and legal review before production release.
Analytics and advertising choices
When Google tools are enabled, you can allow analytics to measure site usage and advertising to measure campaigns, or decline both. Forms and necessary site functions work without this consent. Change your choice using the settings link in the footer.
The prepared measurement events do not include your name, phone number, message text or search terms. When measurement is allowed, Google may receive usage data according to your consent settings.
